I’ve never been afraid to travel outside of the United States but I don’t think I’ll be doing it any time soon. The world was made a lot more unstable last night and the pragmatist in me says stay close to home.

So, Middle AmuriKKKa, who do you want to bomb first?

To say that I’m in shock this morning is an understatement. I just can’t fathom Donald Fucking Trump as President. I am physically ill at the thought of that lying, cheating piece of excrement in the Oval Office. The Oval Office.

So, Middle AmuriKKKa, what are you going to do, now that you’ve had your way? Every newspaper, former President, economists, clearly spelled out the reasons not to vote for Trump. But you did it, anyway, because you’re smarter than all of those people with an education. So… what are you going to do, now? How are you going to fix health care for the people still underinsured? How are you going to fix our roads and bridges? How are you going to fix our schools? How are you going to bring jobs back to America?

The simple answer is, you’re not.

And guess what? You’re as fucked as the rest of us.

What was your motivation for voting for the CheetoMan? White fright? Afraid of losing your white privilege? Are you that fucking afraid of someone who is different than you? Maybe you just couldn’t stand seeing a qualified woman in the White House because a woman’s place is in the home? Well… Good luck keeping your home. Shit’s gonna get real.

We survived 8 years of Bush, but I’m not as certain we’ll survive 4 years of Trump – or that there will be anything left to give a shit, about. More like selling our National Parks, bulldozing everything and drill, baby, drill.

I’m fucking sick to my stomach.

And I’m angry.

I’m angry at all the little fuckwads out there who voted for Stein and Johnson because they were too self righteous to vote for the person who won the Democratic nomination. I’m angry at the media who scrutinized every fucking thing Clinton said and did, while giving Trump a free ride.

But most of all, I’m angry at all of the ignorant fucking people in this country who cannot grasp complex issues and want quick fixes to problems that cannot be quickly fixed. That they believe that we don’t have the money to fix our infrastructure because of welfare cheats. I’m angry because they voted for the problem, not the solution – that once again, they voted against their own self-interests – and the interests of the entire country.

I am angry.
